🐚Camino de Santiago Route
Céreste has long been a crossroads and an important stop along major travel routes. In Roman times, the village stood on the Via Domitia, the oldest road in France, linking Italy to Spain.
Today, it is crossed by hikers following the GR 653D trail, as well as by pilgrims walking the Camino de Santiago from Switzerland toward Arles. A municipal hostel is available for an overnight stay.
For those wishing to enjoy a longer and more comfortable break, we offer fully equipped holiday rentals with a complete kitchen, Wi‑Fi access, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning included — everything you need for a relaxing stay.
